The Hispanic Democracy of Broward County mission is to outreach the Hispanic community of Broward County and to educate the Hispanic voter population to participate in an effective and conscious democratic process. We support this crucial change in the direction of a fair and participatory democracy process. We advocate for progressive human values regardless of nationality, cultural heritage, race or other social created division.
The Hispanic Democracy of Broward County (HDBC) is a grass root organization with progressive goals and the ultimate mission of outreaching the Hispanic Community of Broward County. We are allied with Democracy for America, a national organization that promotes progressives candidates and causes of the National Democratic Party of United State of America. We reserve our prerogative to work with other Democratic Party’s structures in our county and in the nation. We are committed to the outreach of the Hispanic Community. Our main goal is to educate our community in and the advantages of been an active part of our democratic responsibility and legal electoral system.
Our Vision
The vision of the Hispanic Democracy of Broward County is to use the democratic mechanisms and procedures that our society provides, and our nation warranties, to create the necessary conditions for the positive participation of the Hispanic community of Broward County in the electoral process. We are not going to cease until the Voting Democratic Hispanic community of Broward County have been reach and get organized. The education of the voting masses, the positive activism and the truth are our weapons of choice. We are convinced that after these changes take place in the Hispanic community, Broward County is going to be a better and more impartial society.
Hispanic Democracy is in the pre-organization phase. During this period the steering committee is working with basic infrastructure, goal definition and legal framework.
